Communication

Reliable trade partner

Proactive project updates, accurate lead time commitments, and a single point of contact for the life of the project.

Documentation that clears plan check

StruXure is the only louvered pergola manufacturer in the world with ICC (International Code Council) certification. For Bay Area projects, this means our structural documentation package satisfies plan check requirements in Marin County, San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County without requiring a licensed engineer of record review in most cases.

We provide stamped structural drawings, ICC documentation, load calculations, and material specifications as standard. For projects with HOA architectural review requirements, we prepare the full submission package including renderings and finish boards.

A trade partner that works the way you work

Architects and designers who work with us regularly tell us the same thing: we communicate proactively, we do not over-promise on lead times, and we treat design intent seriously. If the project calls for a specific beam depth to align with an existing fascia height, we engineer to that constraint rather than asking you to adjust the design to fit a catalog product.

Referral relationships with landscape architects, interior designers, and general contractors are a meaningful part of our business. We protect those relationships by performing.
